Graeme Lacey (Managing Director/CEO) - would manage the entire business. Graeme was formerly Managing Director and CEO of Rooney Shipping Trading, which was the ship management company that managed and operated seven of Labroy cattle vessels, one cargo vessel and an international port facility. During his tenure, he also managed a container business from Darwin to East Timor. He also had experience in setting up a wharf operations including redevelopment, land filling and dredging etc. He has recently been the GM for a company who provides quality, safety, environmental services for the marine industry including training, audit, consulting and surveying. Simon Rooney (Commercial Director/Senior Trainer) - manages the commercial aspects of the company as well provide training in all aspects of the business. Simon formerly worked as Vice-President Business Development Asia Pacific for Linfox as well as Deputy Director Business Development & Strategy for Toll Resource Group (Marine & Oil and Gas). Chris Rooney (Port Management Trainer) – Chris was formerly the operations director for Rooney Shipping and Trading and worked for over 30 years in the marine industry including managing the Barge Express operations. He has significant experience in including managing two ports, operating difference types of vessels including container, tugs, barges and landing craft operations. Richard Then – (ISM & ISPS Trainer) – Richard is a Naval Architect, Senior Surveyor, Marine Superintendant. Has over 30 years experience in the maritime industry including chief engineer, naval architect and ship repair facility owner and operator. Ralph Larbey – (Marine Trainer) – Ralph was formerly General Manager - Global Logistics Development with Rio Tinto and now works as a consultant to the industry in which he served. With over 30 years experience with Rio Tinto, BHP and ASP Ship Management in both commercial and operational roles, Ralph provides marine and logistics support to the group and its clients that covers a large array of vessel types, port operations, stevedoring and strategic development. Graham Littlewood (Technical Trainer/Port State Control) – He formerly worked for both Rooney Shipping and Trading and Drydock World to oversee the conversion, repairs and building of eight livestock vessels. Graham’s role is to provide technical training covering things such as vessel design, specifications and certifications. Thomas Soo (Financial Trainer) - Thomas’s role is to provide training in the areas of financing including fund raising through private equity, debt market and public fund raising. Thomas has over 20 years of various roles in the finance industry. Captain Tom Golav - (OHSAS Trainer) - Master mariner, unlimited master of foreign going, extensive experience in command of various types of vessels over a period of twenty years operating throughout the world. Currently specializing in P&I club consultancy and accident analysis and investigation. Rachel Poh – (Marketing Trainer) – Rachel’s role is to providing training for marketing, sales and business development. Rachel was previously the marketing manager for Australian Consolidated Press and has had over 10 years in senior roles in marketing, branding and sales. Peter Hall - (Equestrian Trainer) - Peter's role is to provide training for the equestrian sector. He has over 20 years experience in training and consulting for the equestrian industry including training of freelance riders as well as teaching in schools. He covers the full range from beginners to competition riders for both jumping and dressage.
