We have implemented a group of associate companies who are experts within their own sphere of training to create an international one stop training shop. We work with local training companies who have local facilities however do not have the international standards required by our customers and bring in our trainers, courses and processes to bring them up to international level. We have done in this throughout Asia Pacific and we are now adopting the same plan in West Africa and South America. 

We have gone into the market and understood the requirements of our customers based on what their needs are in relation to course content, methods of deliver and preferred training locations. Then we have gone out and sourced for companies in their own specialist field and geographic location and bought these together under the one umbrella to make it more convenient for companies to access their training needs.
