After interviewing numerous maritime companies in relation to their training requirements we have implemented a group of associate companies who are experts within their own sphere of training to create an international one stop training shop.

RST has established on an on line system whereby companies can access a variety of training that can be delivered in the most convenient form; this includes on line training (e-learning), blended training (combination of e-learning and face to face) and face to face training. Our face to face training can be delivered in-house or in public training facilities or onboard vessels.

We have gone into the market and understood the requirements of our customers based on what their needs are in relation to course content, methods of deliver and preferred training locations. Then we have gone out and sourced for companies in their own specialist field and geographic location and bought these together under the one umbrella to make it more convenient for companies to access their training needs.
